DIN 6923 Precision flange nuts increased quality and reliability

Grade: 4.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, Material: Q235, 35K, 45K, 40Cr, 35Crmo, 42Crmo, Surface Treatment: Blackened, Electrogalvanized, Dacromet, Hot-dip Galvanized, Galvanized, etc!

Flange nuts, also known as washer nuts, serrated nuts, hexagonal flange nuts, flange nuts, etc. Most commonly used in pipeline connections or workpieces that require the addition of nut contact surfaces.

Generally, nuts with hexagonal flanges are called flange nuts. The use of flange nuts is also very common. Usually, many screws and bolts require the use of flange nuts. And if flange nuts are used, the fastening is very good. There is a flange surface that fits well with screws and bolts. The fastening performance is much better than that of hexagonal nuts.

    The basic knowledge of flange nuts is introduced as follows: flange nuts can be made of iron or stainless steel. But iron is more commonly used. And it can also be electroplated according to the color requirements of the customer. There are generally environmentally friendly and non environmentally friendly electroplating treatments. Electroplating includes environmentally friendly colored zinc, environmentally friendly nickel, environmentally friendly blue zinc, environmentally friendly black zinc, as well as ordinary electroplating such as white zinc, colored zinc, black zinc, white nickel, etc.

    Usage characteristics of flange nutsuse

    1. Tubing: Use a pipe cutter or grinding wheel cutting machine (the cutting blade should be dedicated) to vertically cut stainless steel pipes according to the required length, clean the burrs at the end, and round them;

    2. Welding: The left and right conical flange plates (with grooves, specifically designed for embedding flange gaskets on both sides) are welded to the two pipe ports that need to be connected using tungsten inert gas arc welding (TIG welding);

    3. Gaskets: Double sided flange sealing gaskets are lined between the left and right flange pieces;

    4. Tightening: Clamp the two flanges with clamps, and then use fastening screws (hexagon socket bolts) to clamp the flange or fastening handle (one end of the external thread is connected to the internal thread of the handle, and the other end is connected to the fixed rivet for flexible connection).

    Flange nuts can be used as an integrated washer because there is a toothed round flange face at one end, so how to use flange nuts? Let's take a look: When using a flange nut, first find the hole where the nut can be installed, then insert it into the hole location, and then slowly rotate clockwise until tightened. Of course, after tightening, you can check if the position is fixed, and if not, you can adjust it again. Flange nuts are usually used in conjunction with aluminum profile connection angles. Combined with T-bolts, the frame structure can be quickly assembled, and the flange nut has a certain rotation performance, which can effectively avoid the loosening of the connection point in the later use process. The bolt should be used with the flange nut, and the bolt should be used with the flange nut to make the flange nut fasten with a large contact area, which is easier to use than other nuts and has a better anti-loosening effect.
