Fastener enterprises need to develop, and environmental issues cannot be ignored

According to the Regulations on Central Ecological and Environmental Protection Inspection Work, the Earth is the foundation for human survival, and environmental protection has always been a topic of great concern to us. In the process of human development, adhering to harmonious coexistence between humans and nature can achieve sustainable development. This environmental inspection clearly controls the blind implementation of "two high" projects and the implementation of reducing production capacity.
The "two high" projects mainly refer to high energy consumption and high pollution projects, including industries such as steel, coal, casting, cement, and electrolytic aluminum. We must strictly control the increment, resolutely curb the blind development of high energy consuming and high emission projects, and strictly implement the requirements for capacity replacement. At the same time, we will strengthen stock management and adhere to the synchronization of "increasing gas and reducing coal" to replace coal and promote the substitution of electricity for coal.
The rapid development and high demand of fasteners in our country determine that the production and manufacturing process of fasteners, including pickling, annealing, cold stamping, forming, heat treatment, electroplating, etc., will inevitably cause significant pollution to the environment. If various exhaust gases and wastewater are directly discharged without treatment, they will inevitably enter rivers, farmland, atmosphere, etc., and thus enter the human food chain, threatening our health. The disturbance caused by the noise of the cold pier machine is still a pain point in the industry. As a fastener enterprise, how should we respond to this environmental inspection?
Self inspection, rectification and treatment facilities for sewage and wastewater
The arbitrary discharge of sewage seriously affects the quality of our water quality. Enterprises should attach importance to sewage treatment equipment, inspect sewage treatment facilities and discharge outlets, check whether the emergency disposal facilities for accident wastewater of polluting enterprises are complete, meet relevant requirements, and ensure the interception, storage, and treatment of wastewater generated in the event of environmental pollution accidents. According to relevant regulations, environmental protection signs should be set up at the main discharge outlet, and online monitoring and detection equipment should be set up according to requirements. Monitoring sampling points should be set up in accordance with relevant pollutant emission standards to facilitate the measurement of flow rate and flow velocity.
When discharging treated wastewater, it is necessary to check whether the water quality of the discharged wastewater meets the requirements of national or local pollutant discharge standards, and minimize the amount of discharge. If necessary, on-site monitoring or sampling can be carried out. At the same time, check the diversion of rainwater and water pollution, and check whether the pollutant discharge unit implements the separation of clean water and sewage.
Self inspection, rectification, and treatment facilities for waste residue and exhaust gas
Waste residue and exhaust gas are also important pollutants for fastener enterprises. Waste residue mainly consists of slag and oxide skin generated from processes such as wire drawing and annealing. The waste residue contains toxic substances such as silicates and nitrates. Fastener enterprises should register and file the waste residue, establish reasonable collection, storage, and transportation systems, and reduce the harm of waste residue to the environment.
Exhaust gas is also an important pollutant in fastener production. Enterprises should meet the Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants for exhaust gas emissions. The generation of exhaust gas is inevitable. How should fastener enterprises manage exhaust gas? This includes avoiding or reducing the generation of exhaust gas as much as possible in terms of factory structure, equipment selection, process selection, etc., and installing purification devices for smoke machines.
Fastener enterprises should conduct self-examination to check the operating status, historical operation status, and processing capacity of exhaust gas and waste residue treatment equipment, as well as whether the facility operation records are complete and there are no omissions. They should also check whether sampling holes and platforms are set up in accordance with regulations, such as the height of exhaust pipes, sampling hole diameters, sampling platform rules, and emission signs.
