Usage Characteristics of Flange Nuts Use
Use a pipe cutter or a dedicated grinding wheel cutting machine to vertically cut the stainless steel pipes according to the required length. Ensure you clean the burrs at the end and round them properly.
The left and right conical flange plates (featuring specialized grooves designed for embedding flange gaskets on both sides) are welded securely to the two pipe ports using tungsten inert gas arc welding (TIG welding).
