We are pleased to announce that a 60-ton shipment of industrial fasteners from RIHANG FASTENER MANUFACTURING has been successfully loaded and dispatched from the Port of Santos, Brazil, to the designated port in the United States. The order includes 30 tons of high-strength U-bolts and 30 tons of premium hot-rolled angle steel, which will serve as critical components for our customer’s large-scale steel structure project.

Product 1: High-Strength U-Bolts (30 tons) Manufactured from high-quality carbon steel and treated with hot-dip galvanizing in compliance with ASTM A153 standards, these U-bolts deliver excellent corrosion resistance and fatigue performance. Each batch is tested for tensile strength and torque resistance to ensure stable connections under heavy loads. Widely used in steel structures, pipeline supports, and heavy machinery.
Product 2: Hot-Rolled Angle Steel (30 tons) Produced via hot-rolling processes, the angle steel features high dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finish, and reliable mechanical properties meeting international standards. Straightened and surface-treated for immediate use in building frames, support structures, and equipment racks, providing dependable load-bearing performance.
Quality Control, Packaging & Logistics
To ensure safe delivery during long ocean transit, we implemented strict quality control and multi-layer protection:
- All U-bolts are individually wrapped in moisture-proof, rust-resistant film and packed in custom woven bags. The angle steel is fully wrapped in waterproof stretch film and securely bundled to prevent damage and corrosion.
- Cargo is loaded into standard shipping containers, secured and sealed by professional logistics teams. Full tracking is provided throughout sea freight to ensure timely and safe arrival.
- Pre-shipment full-batch inspection and document verification confirm that specifications, quantities, and material test reports fully comply with order requirements.
